Ride 2nd Time

2nd time ride still on the same track..


But with a bit of achievement here and there...

1. Masa a little bit earlier sampai compare to 1st time kayuh... most probably 45minutes earlier kot.. hehehe

2. Beberapa uphill sudah boleh kayuh dengan jayanya...



3. Less resting...



4. Less tiring... sebab lebih rasa kecut perut masa downhill... takut....

Tak tahulah masih boleh teruskan biking ni atau tak... after the kecut perut incident masa downhill... memang menguji betullah... buat patah semangat....
Ya Allah kuatkanlah keazamanku... berikanlah lebih keberanian dan ketabahan untuk mengharungi ranjau dan liku2 hutan ketika berbasikal ni... Aminnn...

Berbasikal

Sejak hubby hadiahkan bike for birthday.. berangan sangat nak join him riding cross country (XC)... finally tekadkan semagat n last saturday follow him to the easiest track as he said for beginners macam aku... hehehe.. easy ker... cam nak molotup poho den dibuek ee....



But memang happy sangat coz I manage to habiskan track pergi balik from Hospital Kusta Sg. Buloh to FRIM, Kepong and back to Hospital Kusta Sg. Buloh.. where we park the car...



Masa sampai FRIM rasa cam nak suruh hubby ride alone back to Sg. Buloh amik kereta and fetch kat FRIM..
Tapi berbekalkan support from the husband.. managed to get myself back on track and teruskan journey balik...
Best memang best... tapi setakat ini bila sampai part mendaki bukit masih menolak basikal half way thru...



Shifter pun tak berapa lancar lagi nak guna...
Hmmm... banyak nak kena belajar ni....
The best part is.... balik je rumah dah siap sedia gadis-gadis cuci yang nak bersihkan bike mommy n daddy.. thank you sayang2 mommy...



This is going to be my weekly activity... Harap berjaya n berkekalan...
Yang the utmost important is dapat dating ngan hubby... hehehe
